Customer Reviews: A true believerNovember 29, 2006 Misplaced Yooper(Rochester, Minnesota) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I thought this book was well written. The author took you ice fishing with ways to fish for each type of fish. Though the ways are a little older than what today has set up for ice fishing. The author uses knowledge of the areas of the lakes and the knowledge of fishing for each type. He also uses passed on knowledge from friends. This book will help the beginner of the great sport of ice fishing. Over all I thought the book was great.
A two-flop bookNovember 27, 1998 3 out of 9 found this review helpful
This is a very poor book. Typical of the information contained is the author's description of fish freezing solid after flopping twice when dropped on the ice after being caught.
The only "Magic" in this book is the spell the author must cast to cause one to purchase this drivel.
